Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Sleeping Gear (e.g., sleeping bags, sleeping pads)
  • Hiking Footwear (e.g., boots, shoes)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method
