At Nomad Outdoor, we strive to deliver your outdoor gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee is $12.95. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Regions

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the details below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging.
- Return or exchange request initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sleeping Gear: Includes sleeping bags, sleeping pads, etc.
- Hiking Footwear: Includes boots, shoes, etc.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
